Juvenile Offenders Center

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Benjamin Franklin
IARC considers a pipeline to college or trades as a plausible holistic solution that would foster hope for a brighter future not only to children who experienced severe childhood trauma, juvenile offenders, and reentrants, but also to millions of taxpayers prepared to get tax relief as they welcome reentrants in their communities.

IARC is working closely with educational and juvenile justice- related organizations to start a comprehensive residential mentoring/ training for “Juvenile Offenders.” Like the “Youth Center,” the “Juvenile Offenders Center” will be located on 30-acres of land to provide not only educational and training opportunities, but also hands-on non-cognitive and marketable skills which are critical for the success of individuals struggling with chronic trauma. This center will provide studios for 150 participants committed to either pursue a college education and/or a professional career in high priority occupations for a period of 12 months.
